The Sunset Pointe community website, developed for Lennar Corp., has a little bit of everything, but the big draw is it proximity to local Lake Lewisville. We played up the award-winning schools and great location in the copy. For the visual treatment we used colors and images that bring to mind the lake, cool waters and the activities available during those hot Texas summers.
